As some of you may have heard or read in the local paper (Vancouver Sun) that 12 former students from Kalai School of Aesthetics sued in BC small claims court for previous beauty school fees that was the result of poor education, products and other damages arising from the incompetence of the beauty school. As of today, only 4 students remain in the ongoing law-suit.
At the time we all went to the Kalai School of Aesthetics the following ensued:

3. The school did not provide professional or qualified instructors.
4. The school used & sold sub-standard skin care products.
5. The School made false claims as to the quality of education they would provide.
6. The equipment was old and not up-to-date.
7. The school did not provide us all with a class syllabus.
8. Classes did not start at a regular time.
9. The school used the students to make money for the school.
10.The school sent students to work in public places with little or no experience.
11.The Instructor did not speak Vietnamese as originally claimed.
12.The school graduated students prematurely to make room for new registration.
